Owners of Overland Storage products under Bronze level support can access our Technical support team Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm excluding recognized public and company holidays. Once we have diagnosed your problem as one that requires hardware support one of our trained field engineers will be dispatched to your site for arrival the next business day. This basic support provides technical response based upon engineer availability and call volumes, in most instances technical access will be obtained same business day. In most cases this means that your storage systems will be back in operating mode within 1 to 2 business days. If your operations require higher availability than the Bronze level support program provides you should consider upgrading to one of our same day On-Site hardware maintenance programs. Our Silver or Gold support plans assure that an engineer is at your location the same day we determine that a hardware repair is required.
