The affordable choice for non-critical operations, our XchangeNOW® program is designed to provide a faster return to operations than a Return to Factory repair. Owners of select Overland Storage® product lines can take advantage of receiving advance replacement of the defective product or spare part shipped within 2 business days after diagnosis of the problem and customer acceptance of the RMA terms and conditions. This basic support provides technical response based upon engineer availability and call volumes, in most instances technical access will be obtained, but is not guaranteed, within one business day. In most cases this means that your storage systems will be back in operating mode in approximately 4 to 5 business days. If your operations require higher availability than the XchangeNOW program provides you should consider upgrading to one of our On-Site hardware maintenance programs. Our Bronze support level will restore operations in most cases the next business day. Our Silver or Gold support plans assure that an engineer is at your location the same day we determine that a hardware repair is required.
