SnapServer DX: End of Service Life Notification

SnapServer DX1, DX2 and DX Expansion Units

Overland-Tandberg announces the End-of-Service-Life (EOSL) of its DX1, DX2 and connected SnapServer DX expansion configurations, as service and spare parts are now reaching final availability. This is a service update to communicate the changes that have been made to service contracts and out of warranty repairs in anticipation of the formal EOSL announcement.

Key service changes for DX1, DX2, and expansion units:

• Out of Warranty Repairs: no longer available
• Warranty extensions: All contracts renewed after January 1, 2018 will have an expiration date no later than 12/31/2018
• All warranties for DX and XSR expansion modules will expire no later than 12/31/2018
• All warranty extensions purchased prior to this EOSL announcement will expire on the end date of the stated contract.

Please check your latest warranty contract so that you may confirm your expiration date and plan your product transitions
accordingly.
