• Drag & Drop - Linear Tape File System (LTFS) gives LTO-7, LTO-6 and LTO-5 users the ability to use tape in a fashion like disk or other removable storage media for outstanding management and usability. The tape contents appear in the OS browser directory and support simple "drag and drop" operations.
• Management - The LTO-5,LTO-6 and LTO-7 specifications enable a new dual partitioning feature which provides faster data access and improved data management.
• Security - Tape drive-based 256-bit AES encryption helps protect sensitive information.
• Speed - LTO Ultrium-7 technology has up to 2.7 TB per drive/hour data transfer rate (assuming 2.5:1 compression) for improved efficiency.
