Designed for 4K, 8K and VR workflows, the mSpeed 12-Bay Thunderbolt 3 RAID enclosure from mLogic is a powerful storage solution for digital content creators and post-production professionals.

Add your own drives for performance up to 2600 MB/second. Mix and Match Hard Drives and SSDs.

mSpeed features twelve removable drive bays that support either 2.5”/3.5” SAS II or SATA III6 Gb/s hard drives or SSDs. Simply add your own hard drives or SSDs or a combination of both. When SSDs are installed, it is possible to achieve data transfer rates of up to 2600 MB/s.

mSpeed 12 supports a variety of hardware-controlled RAID modes, including RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10 & JBOD. The dedicated dual-core,1.2GHz RAID-on-Chip processor with 2GB of DDR3 RAM offloads RAID processing from the host system ensuring stable and high-performance data transfers. Setting up a RAID set is easy using the included mLogic RAID Manager.

mSpeed 12 is equipped with a SAS expander port and two 40 Gb/s Thunderbolt 3 ports that enables daisy-chaining of up to six Thunderbolt devices. The unit also supports dual 4K monitors or a single 5K monitor.

mSpeed 12 ships with free KYNO software.

mSpeed is bundled with a full version of KYNO software. KYNO is the smart all-in-one media management app for macOS & Windows. Ingest-free media management, screening and transcoding that adjusts to your workflow.
