Q: What is the SnapSAN Buy and
Try promotion?
A:
Promotion allows the customer a RISK-FREE trial period to introduce the new
SnapSAN S3000 or SnapSAN S5000 into their IT environment.
Q: What is the effective date of
the promotion?
A: The
promotion is effective from October 16, 2013 until December 20, 2013. Product
requests must be placed by December 20, 2013 to participate. Full RISK-FREE
decision-making period covers a 30-day window which includes product shipment
times. Upon the 31st day, customer will own the SnapSAN product outright, no
exceptions.
Q: What SnapSAN configurations are eligible for the upgrade?
A: System must be configured with a single chassis and a
minimum of one (1) four (4) pack of drives is eligible for this program
