Promotional Details of Apple iPad Offer: Upon aggregate purchase of 450 FUJIFILM LTO Ultrium 7 data tapes or 250 FUJIFILM LTO Ultrium 8 tapes from May 1, 2021 until
June 30, 2021 (the "Promotional Period"), FUJIFILM Recording Media U.S.A., Inc.
("Fujifilm") will provide the end user purchaser with one free Apple iPad (MSRP:
U.S. $429.00) by mail. Limit one Apple iPad per end user purchaser and per end
user location. Prior purchases, back-ordered product purchases, purchases made
outside the continental U.S. or purchases made by Fujifilm resellers are not
eligible for this promotion. May not be combined with other offers. To receive
your Apple iPad, submit completed claim form located at www.tapepower.com/cool,
together with copies of all applicable invoices evidencing purchases made during
the Promotional Period, to Fujifilm program administrator by fax at (201)
313-5763 or email to: FRMUoffer@valueaddedfulfillment.com for receipt on or
before July 31, 2021. Claims and purchase documentation are subject to
verification. Redemption claim will be disqualified if provided invoice
documentation is not sufficient as determined by program administrator. Claims
received after July 31, 2021 will not qualify. Please allow 15 business days for promotion processing and for Fujifilm's shipment of Apple iPad, which will be shipped by Fujifilm to the end user business address (no P.O. Boxes allowed) in the continental U.S. indicated on the claim form via standard ground shipping. Allow 2 weeks for delivery after shipment. Offer is void where prohibited.
