TERMS:

·         All Buy and Try orders must be pre-approved by both BackupWorks.com and Overland Storage

·         The Promotion is effective from April 2, 2012 through May 25, 2012 

·         Maximum one trial unit per end-customer

·         Product requests must be placed by May 25, 2012 to participate

·         Full risk-free decision-making period covers a 30-day window ("Trial Period") which includes product shipment times

·         Upon the 31st day, customer will own the Product outright, no exceptions

·         Should customer opt to return the Product, Customer must contact BackupWorks.com before the end of the Trial Period

·         Customer will be responsible for any associated return shipping fees
